If you are in the path of the arctic blast, then this weeks Friday Buzz is perfect for you. It's time to break out the tea kettle and make a Bourbon Chai Toddy. This cocktail is sure to warm you up as you head into the holiday weekend. We wish you and your loved ones all the very best.

1 oz. Chai
1¼ oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Honey
½ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Cointreau
1 dash Black Tea & Citrus bitters (optional)
Cinnamon stick, star anise, orange twist for garnish
Build this directly in your Hybrid Cocktail Glass!
Add the bourbon, honey, lemon juice, Cointreau, and bitters to the HCG glass.
Pour in 1 oz. hot chai.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, star anise, and an orange peel twist.
Elevated Options:
You can also serve this one cold year around. If serving cold, freeze your serving ice cubes with star anise the day before for an easy garnish. Let the chai cool before adding the ingredients to your your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
