A tart, silken drink from the 1930s.
1 ½ oz gin
½ oz apple brandy
½ oz Real Grenadine
¾ oz lemon juice
egg white
Brandied cherry for garnish
Add all ingredients to a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.
