Banana Daiquiri

Our goal is to inspire you to elevate your home bar experience through this recipe series, starting with the Blended Banana Daiquiri.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk of choice (we used coconut)
  • ¼ cup Cinnamon Syrup (recipe)
  • 1 Frozen Banana (remove peel before freezing)
  • 2 oz. Light Rum
  • 0.25 oz. Banana liqueur
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 2 dashes Toasted Coconut Bitters (optional)
  • Mint bouquet
  • Cocktail cherry

Directions

  1. Select your rum. Plantation 3 Stars or Paranubes Rum are great options. 
  2. Combine milk, syrup, banana, rum, banana liqueur, lime juice, and bitters in a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Pour into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
  5. Drop in cocktail cherry, and garnish with a slapped mint bouquet.
