Ingredients:
1 oz. Planteray 3 Stars Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
¾ oz. Aperol
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Cream of Coconut
Sparkling Rosé (to top)
Fresh or Dehydrated Pineapple (garnish)
Directions:
Add all ingredients except rosé to a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass and top with sparkling rosé.
