In celebration of National Beer Day (coming up on Monday, April 7) we're bringing you a two-ingredient beer cocktail for all the hop-heads out there: the Campari IPA.
Much like the love/hate relationship many have with IPA-style beers, Campari—an Italian apéritif—evokes strong opinions; you either savor its bold character or find it overwhelmingly intense. For those who appreciate it, Campari truly shines in this refreshing spritz, where its bitter and citrus notes are balanced by a generous pour of hoppy India Pale Ale, served over ice and garnished with a lemon wheel.
Give it a try and let us know what you think.
