A bright, citrusy gin sour that's balanced by warm undertones of roasted almonds and spicy bitters.
1½ oz gin
½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
1 dash aromatic bitters
Shake all with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
