On National Mimosa Day, it's only natural to reach for something bright, bubbly, and brunch-worthy. But this year, why not mix things up with a Beermosa?
This refreshing riff on the classic mimosa brings together the zesty notes of orange juice and liqueur with the crisp effervescence of wheat beer and champagne—plus a splash of vodka for extra sparkle. The result? A slightly hoppy, citrus-forward cocktail that feels equal parts relaxed and celebratory.
It’s the kind of drink best enjoyed slowly, preferably in a well-chilled glass that keeps each sip cool and crisp. (We know a great one). Whether you’re easing into the weekend or toasting to the start of something fun, the Beermosa brings just the right vibe—festive, refreshing, and a little unexpected.
