The Elevated Craft Team
Introducing the Sabot – a symphony of sophistication in every sip. Crafted with precision and infused with audacity, this concoction is more than a drink; it's a rendezvous with refined rebellion.
Built upon the timeless White Lady cocktail which was created in the late 1920’s and popularized by Harry Craddock who included it in his 1930 work, The Savoy Cocktail Book, the Sabot incorporates champagne giving the drink its extra firepower. How the cocktail morphed into a Sabot is unknown, but one thing is for sure: we'll be shaking up more of these on NYE.
