For this week's Friday Buzz we invite you to celebrate Irish Whiskey Day with a Pot of Gold cocktail. This is Jamie Behmer's twist on Milk & Honey's Gold Rush. The Pot of Gold is a magical mix of Irish Whiskey, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters. On top of that, it's finished with a pinch of edible gold dust, making it look like a cocktail straight out of the leprechaun's treasure chest!

2 oz. Irish Whiskey
¾ oz. Honey Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
2 dashes Lemon & Thyme Bitters (optional)
Lemon Wedge for Garnish
Edible Gold Dust for Garnish
Combine all ingredients with ice in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Shake to chill and strain over a large ice cube into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and edible gold dust.
