In this week's Friday Buzz email we present to you the Autumn cocktail. This cocktail is the perfect, spirit-forward Thanksgiving sipper with apple, pear, and maple tasting notes.

1.5 oz. Apple Brandy
0.5 oz. Dry Sherry
0.5 oz. Maple syrup
0.25 oz. Pear Brandy
1 dash of Maple Pecan Bitters
3 drops Aromatic Bitters
1 Large Clear Ice Cube
Apple Slice for garnish
Cocktail Shaker
You can build this one right in your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
Add apple brandy, sherry, maple syrup, pear brandy, and maple pecan bitters to the glass.
Add a large clear ice cube and stir until chilled and diluted.
Garnish with apple slices and 3 drops Aromatic bitters.
