Peach Paloma

The Peach Paloma takes everything we love about the classic – grapefruit, tequila, refreshing bubbles – and layers in something special: orchard-fresh Georgia Peach Syrup from Portland Syrups. It’s juicy, bright, and bursting with peak-season flavor, giving this sunny cocktail major “drink me outside” energy.


Blanco tequila sets the stage, fresh lemon juice adds a citrusy snap, and the sparkling grapefruit topper keeps things light and fizzy. The peach syrup ties it all together with a balanced sweetness that doesn’t overpower, just enhances. Serve with a slice of peach on top for the perfect finish (pro tip: try grilling it).

  • 2 oz. Blanco Tequila 
  • ¾ oz Portland Syrups Georgia Peach Syrup
  • ¼ oz. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 oz. Grapefruit Sparkling Water, to top
  • Peach slice garnish

Directions

  1. Add tequila, peach syrup and lemon juice to a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. 
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass over ice and top with the grapefruit sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with a slice of peach.
