Good Tidings

Need something light, fizzy, and full of festive flavor?

Good Tidings is a cheery winter riff on the Tom Collins that blends crisp vodka, cranberry juice, fresh lemon, and a bar spoon of allspice dram for a subtle seasonal warmth. It’s refreshingly tart and incredibly easy to sip—exactly the kind of drink you want in hand for holiday toasts or weekend gatherings. Topped with soda water and garnished with lemon and star anise, this cocktail brings the cozy without being too heavy.

Feeling adventurous? Try it with rum for a richer, rounder variation that still stays light on its feet. However you shake it, this one’s bringing good tidings all season long.
