Ingredients:
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup
¾ oz. Lime Juice
Ginger beer, to top
Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds, Mint
Directions:
Rim your cocktail glasses with a mixture of coarse sugar and cayenne pepper. Adjust the proportion to your preferred spice level.
Fill your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker (yay, new Aurora finish!) with ice and add tequila, pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice and ginger syrup.
Shake for 15-20 seconds and strain into a coupe or other cocktail glass of choice.
