Pumpkin Spice Flip

Pumpkin season doesn’t stop at coffees and desserts. This fall-ready flip proves it deserves a place in your glass, too. Enter: the Pumpkin Spice Flip.

Inspired by Naren Young’s riff on the “Great Pumpkin,” our version swaps pumpkin butter for maple butter and leans fully into fall with a base of bourbon, amaretto, pumpkin ale, and a whole egg for that signature silky texture. Bourbon brings warm, caramel-forward depth that complements the seasonal spice profile. Sweetened with agave and topped with freshly grated nutmeg, the Pumpkin Spice Flip is creamy yet effervescent, thanks to the splash of pumpkin ale that brightens each sip. A hint of almond from the amaretto rounds everything out.

Whether you're closing out spooky season or just craving a festive fireside drink, this cocktail is a fun, flavorful way to toast Halloween night.
