Cocktails
If you like your cocktails bright, silky, and a little indulgent, the Maple & Cinnamon Gin Sour is a perfect seasonal twist on a classic. This drink balances the crisp botanicals of gin with the warm sweetness of maple syrup and a hint of spice. Fresh lemon juice adds brightness, while an egg white gives the cocktail its signature velvety texture and creamy foam.
A floating star anise adds aromatics that enhance the cinnamon and maple notes with every sip. It’s a simple, elegant cocktail that feels both comforting and refined—perfect for cool evenings or holiday gatherings.
