Maple & Cinnamon Gin Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Maple Syrup
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Egg White
  • Garnish: Star Anise

Directions

  1. In your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker, combine ingredients and dry shake (without ice) to build a rich foam, then add ice and shake again.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with star anise.
