Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Maple Syrup
Dash of Cinnamon
Egg White
Garnish: Star Anise
Directions:
In your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker, combine ingredients and dry shake (without ice) to build a rich foam, then add ice and shake again.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with star anise.
