Who said you have to spend a fortune on travel when all you need to take your tastebuds to the tropics are three simple ingredients?
Introducing the Barbados Daiquiri: crafted with a blend of flavors that perfectly captures the spirit of the Caribbean. Rum forms the backbone of this libation, the Velvet Falernum (a Barbados liqueur) adds a layer of complexity with hints of almond, ginger, & spices, and the fresh lime juice completes the drink with a zesty, tangy kick, reminiscent of the vibrant energy of the tropics.

1½ - 2 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Velvet Falernum
¾ oz. Lime Juice
Lime Wedge (for garnish)
Combine all the ingredients into your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

- Hemingway Daiquiri: two and a half jiggers of white rum, juice of two limes and half a grapefruit, six drops of maraschino liqueur, without sugar.
- Old Rose Daiquiri: strawberry syrup and rum along with two teaspoons of sugar and lime juice.
