Peach shines in this light and fruity cocktail! With its low alcohol content, it's guaranteed to be a hit at any gathering!
Bellini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 oz. Prosecco
  • 1 oz. Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
  • ¼ oz. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add peach syrup and lemon juice to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass and top with Prosecco.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
