Sloe Gin Fizz

A fizz worth slowing down for.

Light, bright, and just a little unexpected, the Sloe Gin Fizz is the kind of cocktail that feels tailor-made for warm days and easy evenings. This version takes inspiration from a seasonal riff served at Anjou, a European-style cocktail bar in Cincinnati, where fresh blueberries are used to deepen and enhance the classic’s signature tart, herbal profile.

Honey syrup softens the edges with a mellow sweetness, while fresh lemon juice keeps everything crisp and lively. An egg white gives the cocktail its silky texture and frothy top, and a splash of soda water lifts it into perfect fizz territory. Finished with a light touch of Peychaud’s bitters, it’s aromatic, balanced, and effortlessly elegant. Shake one up when you’re in the mood for something classic with a fresh, fruit-forward twist.
