Jungle Bird

Bright, bitter and beautifully balanced.

At first glance, the Jungle Bird looks like your typical tiki drink with rum, pineapple, and citrus. But one sip and you’ll realize this one plays by its own rules. Created in the 1970s at a hotel bar in Kuala Lumpur, the Jungle Bird stands out from the tropical crowd thanks to an unexpected ingredient: Campari. That touch of bitterness cuts through the sweetness and gives the drink its signature balance.

Dark rum brings depth, pineapple juice adds juicy brightness, and fresh lime keeps everything crisp. Campari ties it all together with a subtle herbal bite that keeps each sip interesting. The result is bold, refreshing, and just complex enough to keep you coming back for another. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and you’ve got a cocktail that feels equal parts laid-back and elevated, perfect for shaking up something a little different.
