Peach Julep

Tradition, with a twist.

With the Kentucky Derby just around the corner, there’s no better time to revisit a Southern classic. The Mint Julep has long been the drink of Derby Day, but this year we’re giving it a fresh, fruit-forward twist.

Enter the Peach Julep, a bright, aromatic take that keeps the spirit of tradition while adding a little extra charm to the glass. Bourbon lays down that familiar warm, oaky foundation, while peach purée brings a soft, natural sweetness that feels right at home this time of year. Fresh lemon juice adds a touch of brightness, and muddled mint keeps everything crisp and refreshing.

Finished with crushed ice, a couple dashes of bitters, and a generous mint bouquet, it’s cool, fragrant, and made for slow sipping, whether you’re placing bets, hosting friends, or just soaking up the weekend.
