This was created by Brandon Bramhall in 2018 at Attaboy, Nashville, TN


If you haven’t guessed by the name, it’s a riff on a piña colada and a damn good one: Hints of coffee, banana, coconut, tropical juices all brought together with delicious Jamaican rum.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Jamaican rum
  • ½ oz. Banana liqueur
  • ½ oz. Coffee liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz. Pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz. Coconut cream
  • ½ oz. Orange juice
  • ¼ oz. Lime juice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and shake with ice.
  2. Pour into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass and hit it with some fresh grated nutmeg.
  3. Garnish with pineapple fronds and dehydrated pineapple wheel and a coffee wafer stick parasol.
