The Café Mocha is the divine love child of an espresso martini and a chocolate martini, with a Mezcal base that adds a hint of smoky intrigue. This luxurious concoction is more than just a cocktail; it's a drinkable dessert designed to elevate your World Chocolate Day celebration to new heights. It is truly a seductive symphony of flavors with every sip!

Ingredients:

1 oz. Banhez Mezcal

1 oz. Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur

1 oz. Creme de Cacao

1 oz. Cold Brew or Espresso

1 dash Mexican Chocolate Bitters

Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
Combine Mezcal, Coffee Liqueur, Creme de Cacao, Cold Brew or Espresso, and bitters in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Add ice and shake to chill.
Strain into a Coupe Glass.
Sprinkle with a pinch of Sea Salt.
Notes:
If you bought a bottle of Mezcal and haven't been able to get into it, this is a great jumping off point for a beginner palate. If you already love Mezcal, you’ll enjoy this dessert cocktail with a hint of smokiness.
Chocolate Paint Stroke/Rim Garnish
- ⅓ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ¾ tsp Coconut Oil
This effortless yet elegant garnish is a unique and artistic way to delight your guests on World Chocolate Day. From the awe-inspiring rim to the mesmerizing strokes, your creation will exude sophistication and leave everyone craving the delectable chocolate symphony. Get ready to indulge in a chocolate masterpiece.
Simply melt some semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil, then dip the rim of a coupe glass in the ganache. Use a silicone brush or clean paint brush to paint ganache strokes on parchment paper, then freeze them. Once the strokes are frozen, affix them to the chocolate rim with more ganache. Chill the glass in the freezer until ready to serve.
