A delightful twist on the classic Moscow Mule, this version combines smoky mezcal and rich amaretto with fresh lime juice and crisp, effervescent ginger beer. It’s the perfect drink to evoke that comforting campfire vibe. Not a fan of mezcal? Simply swap in vodka for a smoother base. And if you’re out of amaretto, a splash of maple syrup will add that same warm, sweet kick.

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Mezcal
¾ oz. Amaretto
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz. Ginger Beer (to top)
Marshmallows (optional garnish)
Directions:
Add ice to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and measure in the mezcal, amaretto and fresh lime juice.
Shake for 15-20 seconds and strain into a Hybrid Cocktail Glass with large ice cubes.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with toasted marshmallows. Enjoy!
