Start with your preferred gin and build your cocktail with freshly squeezed lemon juice and egg white. If you can get your hands on a bottle of Shaker & Spoon's Spiced Chai Syrup, we recommend giving it a shake. Otherwise you can make your own delicious homemade Chai syrup by steeping one Chai black tea bag in warm simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water) for an hour.
