I was going to make a Cosmopolitan but went to the store, was distracted by snacks and bought everything except cranberry juice.I’m not mad about it because this cocktail is killer!
This was created by the late Sasha Petraske in 2004. It’s a great alternative to a Cosmo that’s full of flavor. Choose your favorite gin and raspberry preserves. I’ve made it with other preserves and if you want this vibrant color, use Bonne Maman. The gin I used is one of my new favorites. Condesa Gin. London dry style gin from Mexico.
