Cucumber Agave Cooler

For this week's Friday Buzz, we present a Cucumber Agave Cooler. If you've never used cucumber in a drink, this is a great one to experiment with. Light and refreshing and definitely worth a shake. Let us know your thoughts on this recipe by posting your comments on the EC Crew.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ oz. Blanco Tequila
  • ¾ oz. Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz. Cucumber Juice or Puree
  • ½ oz. Agave
  • Lime & Sea Salt bitters (Remedy Cocktail Co.)
  • Tajin/sea salt
  • Cucumber Slices for garnish
  • 4 Mezcal Mists 

Directions

  1. Prepare your Hybrid Cocktail Glass with a Tajin rim.
  2. Combine the first five ingredients in the Elevated Craft Shaker.
  3. Add ice, shake to chill, and dilute.
  4. Strain into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass with fresh ice.
  5. Mist with Mezcal (If you don't have an atomizer, rinse the glass with mezcal before filling the glass).
  6.  Garnish with cucumber slices.
