For this week's Friday Buzz, we present a Cucumber Agave Cooler. If you've never used cucumber in a drink, this is a great one to experiment with. Light and refreshing and definitely worth a shake. Let us know your thoughts on this recipe by posting your comments on the EC Crew.

1 ¾ oz. Blanco Tequila
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Cucumber Juice or Puree
½ oz. Agave
Lime & Sea Salt bitters (Remedy Cocktail Co.)
Tajin/sea salt
Cucumber Slices for garnish
4 Mezcal Mists
Prepare your Hybrid Cocktail Glass with a Tajin rim.
Combine the first five ingredients in the Elevated Craft Shaker.
Add ice, shake to chill, and dilute.
Strain into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass with fresh ice.
Mist with Mezcal (If you don't have an atomizer, rinse the glass with mezcal before filling the glass).
Garnish with cucumber slices.
Elevated Options:
Get fancy with your tajin rim by creating the desired shape with tape. Use agave to paint the area you want the tajin to stick to, and then sprinkle tajin on that area. Gently remove the tape.
Dry January Option:
Increase the cucumber juice to 2 oz. Combine the cucumber juice, agave, and lime juice in shaker with ice. Shake to chill and pour into a glass.
