Dublin Mint - A Boozy Milkshake

For this week's Friday Buzz we invite you to try the Dublin Mine. It's a creamy and indulgent, boozy milkshake that will take your taste buds on a flavor adventure. Made with a blend of rich Guinness stout, sweet tawny port, and cool mint ice cream, this cocktail is perfect for those who like their drinks with a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Guinness Stout
  • ½ oz. Tawny Port
  • 2 scoops of Mint Ice Cream
  • 1 oz. Chocolate Syrup (optional)
  • 1 Dash of Mexican Chocolate Bitters (optional)
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Chocolate Square sprinkled with Gold Dust for garnish
  • Mint Sprig for garnish

Directions

  1. Build directly in your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
  2. Add Guinness, Tawny Port, bitters, and ice cream scoops.
  3. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup for a sweeter milkshake.
  4. Top with Whipped Cream.
  5. Garnish with Chocolate Square and a Sprig of Mint.
