For this week's Friday Buzz we invite you to try the Dublin Mine. It's a creamy and indulgent, boozy milkshake that will take your taste buds on a flavor adventure. Made with a blend of rich Guinness stout, sweet tawny port, and cool mint ice cream, this cocktail is perfect for those who like their drinks with a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients:
5 oz. Guinness Stout
½ oz. Tawny Port
2 scoops of Mint Ice Cream
1 oz. Chocolate Syrup (optional)
1 Dash of Mexican Chocolate Bitters (optional)
Whipped Cream for topping
Chocolate Square sprinkled with Gold Dust for garnish
Add Guinness, Tawny Port, bitters, and ice cream scoops.
Drizzle Chocolate Syrup for a sweeter milkshake.
Top with Whipped Cream.
Garnish with Chocolate Square and a Sprig of Mint.

Elevated Options:
Add a dash of Mexican Chocolate bitters to make the chocolate notes in the Guinness pop.
You can use chocolate ice cream, vanilla, or any flavor that works with the chocolatey flavor profile of this Irish Stout. I used mint for a little pinch of green in my cocktail.
