Ingredients

• 2 oz. Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz. Mango Juice 
• ¾ oz. Cointreau 
• ¾ oz. Hot Honey Syrup (2:1 honey/water)
• ¾ oz. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
• 3 Cherry Tomatoes (for muddling) 
• Flaky Sea Salt and additional cherry tomatoes (for rim and garnish)

Directions

1. Make Hot Honey Syrup: Mix 2 parts hot honey with 1 part water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir until the honey is dissolved, then let cool. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
2. Prepare Your Glass: Rub a lime on the rim of your Hybrid Cocktail Glass or dip it in agave nectar, then coat with sea salt.
3. Muddle Tomatoes: Use a muddler to mash three cherry tomatoes at the bottom of the cocktail glass.
4. Mix Cocktail: In a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker, combine tequila, mango juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and hot honey syrup. Shake for 15-20 seconds and strain into the glass over the muddled tomatoes. 
5. Garnish and Serve: Add a cherry tomato or two to a cocktail pick. Enjoy!
