In this week's Friday Buzz email, we present to the Good Cork which was originally created by veteran New York City bartender Phil Ward. With notes of smoke and spice, this cocktail is a simple, seasonal sipper. It is also perfect for batching ahead of time for any holiday gatherings with family and friends.
Add the whiskey, mezcal, benedictine, and bitters to the glass.
Add 1 large ice cube and stir to chill.
Garnish with apple slices.
