1 oz. Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Mezcal
½ oz. Benedictine
2 dashes Noir bitters (optional)
1 large clear ice cube
Apple slices for garnish
Build this directly in your Hybrid Cocktail Glass!
Add the whiskey, mezcal, benedictine, and bitters to the glass.
Add 1 large ice cube and stir to chill.
Garnish with apple slices.
