The Negroni is a classic way to open the meal as it's bittersweet flavor helps to cleanse your palate.
Here's a fun version created with grapefruit and Cocchi instead of vermouth.
1 ½ oz. Gin
1 oz. Campari
½ oz. Cocchi Americano
½ oz. Grapefruit Syrup
Grapefruit (for garnish)
Combine gin, Campari, Cocchi Americano & grapefruit syrup in your Hybrid Cocktial Shaker.
Add ice and shake to chill.
Strain into your chilled Hybrid Cocktail Glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with grapefruit.
