If you're a fan of delicious and well-balanced gin cocktails, this one's for you. We came across this pretty pink drink on various Instagram accounts (original source unknown) and just had to try it out for ourselves.
A variation of your classic gimlet, Henrieta is elevated with Campari, Elderflower and egg white. This cocktail is a little sweet, a little bitter, and equally as easy on the eyes as it is on the palate.
Be sure to dry shake (without ice) everything in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker first and then wet shake (with ice) to ensure the perfect, picture-worthy pour.

2 oz. Gin
½ oz. Campari
½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Dry shake (without ice) all of the ingredients in a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker for about 15 seconds until foamy.
Add ice and wet shake another 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a coupe and garnish with an edible flower.
