Hill Country Highball

This crisp, floral vodka highball is an absolute crowd-pleaser. Elderflower, mint, and Lemon Lavender Cordial combine for an irresistibly bright and aromatic profile.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • ½ oz. elderflower liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Lavender Cordial
  • 4-6 leaves fresh mint
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprig (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except soda water to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 20 seconds to break up the mint.
  3. Double strain into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass over crushed ice.
  4. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig.
