Created by Marcovaldo Dionysos for Smuggler’s Cove in San Francisco, CA, this cocktail was named after the state fish of Hawaii. The Humu is a beautiful reef triggerfish and could be pretty vicious if you mess with it!
Difficult to pronounce, but easy to sip on!

2 oz. Gin
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Orgeat
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Lemon (for garnish)
Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Add ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake.
Pour unstrained into a your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
Top with crushed/pebble/nugget ice.
Garnish with cherries, lemon, and edible flowers if desired - have fun!
