So named for pineapple's crown (leaves), and the fact that this is a big, bold daiquiri. The cooling mint notes in fernet help this flavor profile work well into autumn.

King Daiquiri Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Overproof Rum (Plantation O.F.T.D. recommended)
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Rum (Plantation Stiggins’ recommended)
  • ¼ oz. Fernet Branca
  • ¾ oz. Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.

  4. Garnish with lime wheel.
