Originally found on the menu at the Living Room Bar & Terrace in the W Hotel NYC, this drink marries unexpected ingredients including Chartreuse, absinthe, orgeat and maraschino. With rum as the base, familiar tropical undercurrents meld nicely with a pop of tart lime finished with notes of herbs and licorice.

2 oz. Plantation 3 Stars Artisanal Rum
¼ oz. Green Chartreuse
¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Orgeat Syrup
1 dash Holystone Distilling Absinthe Verte
Garnish: Lime and mint
Combine all ingredients in a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a Hybrid Cocktail Glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with lime and fresh mint.
