The Lemon POMarita is a vibrant twist on a classic margarita, combining fresh lemon juice and 100% pomegranate juice with tequila, mezcal, orange liqueur, and a touch of agave for the perfect balance of bright citrus, tart fruit, and smoky depth.
Mezcal adds just enough earthiness to complement the rich pomegranate without overpowering it, but if you prefer a cleaner, more traditional margarita, simply swap it for an extra ounce of tequila. Either way, you'll end up with a refreshing cocktail you can enjoy by the pool, on the patio, or at your next backyard gathering.

2 oz. POM Wonderful® 100% Pomegranate Juice
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Mezcal (if preferred, sub additional 1 oz. Tequila)
1 oz. Orange Liqueur
½ oz. Agave Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds and strain into an Hybrid Rocks Glass with a salted rim (optional).
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
