With a perfect balance of seasonal ingredients, it offers a layered complexity that makes it a standout for those looking to explore new whiskey cocktails.
At its core, the Mott & Mulberry combines rye whiskey, apple cider and amaro. The rye provides a spicy foundation, while the cider adds natural sweetness. What truly sets this cocktail apart, however, is its versatility—by varying the cider or amaro, the flavor profile can shift in countless directions. We also opted to add egg white to our version, for that signature Whiskey Sour foam and a slightly richer texture.
