Our featured cocktail this week was created with help from our friends in the Elevated Craft Crew Facebook Group. It will inspire you to set sail on a liquid adventure and raise your glass to new friends and fun adventures this holiday season. Look closely and you will notice that the glasses are adorned with our NEW sculpted metal cocktail picks featuring Noah, the adorable octopus holding his muse.

1 oz. Plantation Dark Rum
½ oz. Wray & Nephew Overproof
½ oz. Old Forester 100 Proof Bourbon
½ oz. Velvet Falernum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz. Q Ginger Beer
2 Dashes of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Fresh Grated Nutmeg
Combine rum, bourbon, falernum, and juices into your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and shake with ice.
Strain cocktail into your chilled Hybrid Cocktail Glass over ice.
Top with ginger beer and add 2 dashes of Tiki Bitters.
Garnish with pineapple fronds, pineapple, and grated nutmeg.
We recommend using a ginger beer that is heavy on the spice. Q brand worked for us but something like Trade Joe's Triple Ginger Brew may work even better.
If you don't have Tiki Bitters, we recommend experimenting with whatever you have. Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters are a blend of cinnamon, allspice and other "island spices" not listed on the bottle.
