This cocktail is a refreshing tropical twist on the classic G&T featuring Shaker & Spoon's banana-pandan syrup.
Wondering what pandan tastes like? Pandan leaves have a naturally sweet taste and soft aroma. Its flavor is strong, described as grassy with hints of rose, almond, and vanilla, verging on coconut.
Combine this with banana and you've got something really unique and fun to experiment with!

2 oz. Gin (dealers choice)
1 oz. Banana-Pandan Syrup from Shaker & Spoon
4 oz. Betty Buzz Tonic Water
Dehydrated Lime Wheel (for garnish)
Add the gin and syrup to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds. Add the tonic water to the shaker.
Strain the shaker’s contents into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass over fresh cubed ice.
Float the lime wheel on top of the drink.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the gin and reduce the tonic water to 3 oz. Rather than shaking as directed in step 1, instead add the syrup and tonic water to your ice-filled Hybrid Pint Glasss and stir for 15–30 seconds. For the aromatic finishing touch, add 2 spritzes of aromatic lemon oil over the top (or express a lemon peel over the drink). And voila—you’ve achieved a nonalcoholic zero proof version of the Pan-Dana Tonic!
