3 oz. tequila blanco
3 oz. fresh pineapple juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. agave syrup
1 egg white
Pineapple ring for garnish
Add all ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker and dry shake hard for 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake hard again.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish gently with pineapple ring.
