First mixed in 1888 by Henry Charles “Carl” Ramos at the Imperial Cabinet Saloon in New Orleans. Originally called The New Orleans Fizz, the cocktail became so popular after its creation that it took on the name of its creator.

2 oz of gin
¾ oz of simple syrup
½ oz of fresh lemon juice
½ oz of fresh lime juice
½ oz of heavy cream
1-3 drops of orange flower water
1 egg white or vegan sub
Club soda
Dry shake all ingredients (other than club soda) in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker for one minute.
Add ice and wet shake for another 30-60 seconds.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Top with chilled club soda
