The espresso martini gets more depth and intensity when you swap out vodka for aged rum. Brew the espresso fresh, but be sure to cool it prior to shaking.
¼ oz. Demerara Gum Syrup
1 oz. aged rum
¾ oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. espresso
¼ oz. creme de cacao
8-10 mint leaves
Add all ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.
