The Sunflower is a creation of well known bartender Sam Ross. A simple variation on the classic Corpse Reviver #2 - substituting Elderflower liqueur in place of the original Lillet or Cocchi Americano.

Ingredients:

¾ oz. Gin
-
¾ oz. St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

¾ oz. Cointreau
-
¾ oz. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed

Absinthe, rinse
Directions:
In your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker, combine all the ingredients.
Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds.
Double strain into an absinthe-rinsed, chilled coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
