Cinnamon Sryup
- 1 oz. Muddled Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Superfine Sugar
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally. Once boiling, reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, turn off the heat and let the mixture stand overnight.
The next day, strain the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined sieve, and the Cinnamon Syrup is ready to be used in your favorite dishes. Enjoy!
