A tantalizing blend of Chambord, Cognac, Creme de Cacao, and heavy cream, this dreamy drink has been finished with the subtle heat of Mexican chocolate bitters — perfect for embracing the warmth of the season. Enjoy with a chocolate ganache rim and a raspberry garnish for a sweet and delicious finish.

Ingredients:

2 ½ oz. Chambord

1 oz. Cognac

1 oz. Creme de Cacao

½ oz. Heavy Cream
-
2 dashes Mexican Chocolate Bitters or Chocolate Chili Bitters

Chocolate Ganache for rim
-
Raspberries for garnish
Directions:
Combine Chambord, Cognac, Creme de Cacao, and heavy cream in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
Add ice, shake to chill, and dilute.
Strain into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
Garnish with raspberries.
Notes:
How to Make Chocolate Ganache
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 12 second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth. Dip the rim into the ganache and place in the freezer for a few minutes to set.
