Ingredients

  • 2 ½ oz. Chambord
  • 1 oz. Cognac
  • 1 oz. Creme de Cacao
  • ½ oz. Heavy Cream
  • 2 dashes Mexican Chocolate Bitters or Chocolate Chili Bitters 
  • Chocolate Ganache for rim
  • Raspberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine Chambord, Cognac, Creme de Cacao, and heavy cream in your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
  2. Add ice, shake to chill, and dilute.
  3. Strain into your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
  4. Garnish with raspberries.
