Bee's Knees

What's all the buzz about? Well, let us tell you about the birds and the Bee's Knees. This cocktail is a timeless classic that's as refreshing on a warm summer evening as it is cozy and uplifting during the colder months.

Born during Prohibition, the Bee’s Knees gets its name from 1920s slang for something "top-notch," with honey as the star ingredient—used to soften the harsh flavors of bootleg liquor. And with the perfect balance of gin, honey and lemon, this cocktail is certainly a crowd-pleaser that will have both newcomers and aficionados buzzing.

The Bee's Knees is simple, yet sophisticated – a drink that never goes out of style. If you've made it before, try mixing it up with the addition of a festive syrup flavor. Read on to see how we elevated this classic.
