Brandy Crusta

Transporting myself back to the golden age of cocktails with a Brandy Crusta tonight. This is a cocktail that has been on my vintage cocktail bucket list for a little while, I regret waiting so long. Such a lovely cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Brandy
  • ¼ oz. Orange Curaçao
  • 1 teaspoon Maraschino Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: lemon twist
  • Garnish: sugar rim

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients with ice into your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker.
  2. Shake 10-12 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled (sugar rimmed) coupe with an ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
