Amaretto Sour

Take this beloved sour and bring it up a notch with bourbon whiskey and gum syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz amaretto
  • ¾ oz overproof bourbon
  • ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz egg white

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a hybrid cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel and brandied cherry
