Arigato Sour

A floral twist on a whisky sour.

This week’s cocktail is the Arigato Sour, a smooth and elegant drink that’s as approachable as it is impressive.

Built on a foundation of Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky, elderflower liqueur, and a silky egg white foam, it strikes a beautiful balance between floral, citrus, and whiskey notes. For our version, we swapped in sloe gin and fresh lime juice, creating a bright, refreshing cocktail with just the right amount of acidity.

The result is a light, flavorful apéritif with a velvety texture and a stunning presentation. It’s quickly become a favorite in our rotation, and we think it might earn a spot in yours, too.
