Humuhumunukunukuapua`a

Created by Marcovaldo Dionysos for Smuggler’s Cove in San Francisco, CA, this cocktail was named after the state fish of Hawaii. The Humu is a beautiful reef triggerfish and could be pretty vicious if you mess with it!


Difficult to pronounce, but easy to sip on!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. Orgeat
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Lemon (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to your Hybrid Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Pour unstrained into a your Hybrid Cocktail Glass.
  3. Top with crushed/pebble/nugget ice.
  4. Garnish with cherries, lemon, and edible flowers if desired - have fun!
